We collect the contact details, business information, project answers, and files you choose to provide through The Blueprint and the client portal. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank information, card information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate inquiries, communicate with you, prepare and deliver services, maintain project records, protect the portal, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Storage and access

Project records are stored through our hosting and database providers. Portal files are kept in private storage. Access is limited to authorized studio personnel and service providers needed to operate the platform.

Retention and requests

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed for an inquiry, engagement, recordkeeping, or legal obligation. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@thebdunnbrand.com. Some records may be retained when legally required.
